2. Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
To access the full range of ultra88 services, you are required to register a personal account. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without a refund of any remaining balance.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms. ultra88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including valid identification documents, before processing any withdrawals or specific account actions.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party
- Notifying ultra88 promptly should there be any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account
- Keeping your account information up to date and accurate
Ultra88 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party due to your negligence or failure to keep your login credentials secure.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Users may use the ultra88 platform for personal entertainment and betting purposes only. Any commercial use, automation, or exploitation of the platform's systems is strictly prohibited.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

- Sharing or selling account access to another party
- Uploading or transmitting content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or of a harassing nature

- Using this platform for purposes that contravene applicable Malaysian law
Ultra88 reserves the right to monitor activity on the platform and take appropriate action, including reporting suspected activity to the relevant authorities, without any obligation to notify the user beforehand.
4. Payments, Deposits, and Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the ultra88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required for users in Malaysia.
Deposit
Users may make deposits using the available payment methods, including online bank transfers via FPX, e-wallets such as TNG eWallet, and other methods approved from time to time. Deposits must be made using an account registered in the user's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in the funds being rejected or the account placed on temporary hold pending investigation.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit, subject to the required identity verification. ultra88 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold while verification is carried out, particularly for large amounts or accounts flaging unusual activity. Processing times vary by method and may take up to one business day for standard bank transfers.
All Bets Are Final
Once a bet or game transaction has been confirmed by the system, it is considered final and cannot be reversed. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying their bet details prior to final confirmation. ultra88 is not liable for any betting errors made by users.
Promotions and Bonuses
Every promotion or bonus offered by ultra88 is subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements, withdrawal limits, and validity periods must be met before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. ultra88 reserves the right to void bonuses or related withdrawals if the conditions are not fulfilled or if there is any indication of promotional abuse.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy, and Intellectual Property

Ultra88 provides this platform on an "as is" basis without any warranties, whether express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, ultra88 shall not be liable for:
- Financial losses arising from betting activity — users acknowledge that betting carries the risk of losing money
- Service disruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond the platform's control
- Actions or failures of third-party service providers integrated with the platform
- Any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform
Account Suspension and Closure
Ultra88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or at the request of relevant authorities. In the event of a legitimate closure, any unused account balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process. ultra88's decision regarding account closure is final.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ultra88 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface designs, and software — is the property of ultra88 or its licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ultra88.
Third-Party Links and Services
The ultra88 platform may integrate with third-party game providers or services. ultra88 is not responsible for the policies, content, or conduct of such third parties. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.
6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Ultra88 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the ultra88 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
